Sultan Hasanuddin Airport is a local airport at Makassar, Indonesian. It is situated 10 km east of Makassar's provincial centre and is serviced by PT. Angkasa Pattura I airport. The new terminal was inaugurated on 20 August 2020.

The air charter services are provided by several airlines belonging to the national air network. It serves flights from Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong and Australia. It also has an economical flight from the United States, Canada and Europe.

The airport is connected to Makassar by a ferry. It has an international bus service connecting the main airport with the railway station in Makassar. It also provides bus services to other major cities in Indonesia.

The main airport of the airport is very close to the railway station which is very convenient and cheap. There are a number of budget hotels located within walking distance of the airport. The nearest railway station is a little distance away which can be reached by a bus from the railway station.
